Before founding this firm, Roger G. Jain served as a criminal prosecutor for the Montgomery County Attorney's Office. He has an undergraduate degree in accounting and became a CPA prior to pursuing his law degree. He and his associate, Thomas H. Smith, provide intelligent and aggressive legal representation to clients. They are trial lawyers with a proven record of success.
